We collect information you give us when you fill out forms on our site:

• Waitlist form: full name, email address, job title, industry, country, a description of your communication challenge, and your program interest selection.
• Assessment call request form: name, email, job title, and your message.
• Organization partnership inquiry form: organization name, contact name, title, email, phone, organization type, population served, participant count, program interest, and your message.
• Email communications: any information you include when you email info@elavegas.com directly.

Information collected automatically

• Google Analytics 4: page views, session duration, traffic source, device type, and general geographic location (city and country level — not your precise location). This data is anonymized and aggregated. Google Analytics only activates after you accept cookies through our consent banner.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag: used to measure the effectiveness of LinkedIn advertising campaigns. Only activates after you give cookie consent.
• Basic server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. Retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. ELA does not store, see, or have access to your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe's privacy policy governs all payment data. We retain only the transaction amount, date, and program enrolled for our own records.

Cookies

We use three categories of cookies:

• Essential cookies: required for the site to function correctly. These cannot be declined.
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insight Tag. These are only set after you give consent through our cookie banner.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your waitlist submission, assessment call request, or partnership inquiry.
• To contact you personally to schedule an assessment call or follow up on your inquiry.
• To send you program information, cohort enrollment notifications, and early access announcements you have signed up to receive.
• To manage your enrollment and deliver coaching services if you become a client.
• To process payments through Stripe for enrolled programs.
• To improve the website and understand how visitors engage with our content through anonymized analytics.
• To measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making. We do not build profiles for advertising purposes. We do not sell your data.

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only with the services needed to operate the website and deliver our programs:

• Vercel (website hosting and database):Your form submissions are stored in a Vercel Postgres database hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel is SOC 2 compliant.
• Google (analytics): Anonymized, aggregated usage data is shared with Google Analytics only after you give cookie consent.
• LinkedIn (advertising measurement): Anonymized campaign measurement data is shared with LinkedIn only after you give cookie consent.
• Stripe (payment processing):Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
• Gmail / Google Workspace:We use Gmail (info@elavegas.com) to communicate with you. Emails are stored in Google's infrastructure.
• No other third parties: We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any other companies, marketers, or data brokers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for the following periods:

• Waitlist entries: 24 months, or until you request deletion.
• Assessment call requests: 24 months, or until you request deletion.
• Organization inquiries: 36 months for business pipeline purposes.
• Client records: 7 years for legal and tax compliance.
• Email communications: 3 years, retained in Gmail.
• Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months).
• Server logs: 30 days.

6. Your Rights

ELA is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

For EU/EEA users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the data processing agreements with our service providers (Vercel, Google, Stripe) to ensure adequate protection of your data in accordance with GDPR requirements.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption on all pages, access controls on our admin dashboard, and Vercel's SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.
