- Email communications: any information you include when you email info@elavegas.com directly.
Information collected automatically
- Google Analytics 4: page views, session duration, traffic source, device type, and general geographic location (city and country level — not your precise location). This data is anonymized and aggregated. Google Analytics only activates after you accept cookies through our consent banner.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag: used to measure the effectiveness of LinkedIn advertising campaigns. Only activates after you give cookie consent.
- Basic server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. Retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. ELA does not store, see, or have access to your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe's privacy policy governs all payment data. We retain only the transaction amount, date, and program enrolled for our own records.

- Google (analytics): Anonymized, aggregated usage data is shared with Google Analytics only after you give cookie consent.
- LinkedIn (advertising measurement): Anonymized campaign measurement data is shared with LinkedIn only after you give cookie consent.
- Stripe (payment processing):Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
- Gmail / Google Workspace:We use Gmail (info@elavegas.com) to communicate with you. Emails are stored in Google's infrastructure.
- No other third parties: We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any other companies, marketers, or data brokers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for the following periods:
- Waitlist entries: 24 months, or until you request deletion.
- Assessment call requests: 24 months, or until you request deletion.
- Organization inquiries: 36 months for business pipeline purposes.
- Client records: 7 years for legal and tax compliance.
- Email communications: 3 years, retained in Gmail.
- Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months).
- Server logs: 30 days.
